With so many new characters giving EXTRA HP to VG (in the Mods), will they be making an upgrade version of B.rukia to Counter the HEFTY HP of VG???

Thanks for intel; this FBI seems unstopable specially if he faster; i hope they make him assaulter at least it'll diminish his speed to skill and get a chance to kill i'd say

For the first question. In the unlimited ninja versions of Naruto the ninjas with reflect passive take the dmg and only reflects it back if they survive the dmg dealt to them. Two vanguards have it and one support so far and its a much better for the vanguards because of the amount of hp they can have.

This is exactly how "counter damage" will work.

I do not think you will find much use for reflecting damage except from his death skill. You can hope for a good reflect on HVI against Ginjo or another vanguard if he survives an attack. It seems very situational, however. The concept does not seems as effective as it was on Final Sasuke, but you can still hope for survival on aid rate resulting in a large enough reflect on the enemy attacker or just go straight for the exclusive skill and focus on only reflecting with vanguard.
