He will be T1 already. Not sure how this will go against Tsukishima's fury reduction halo, but it will probably still be cut in half unless confirmed otherwise.

on the buff speculation side,

deemen by saying a new buff will be added, here are my guesses:

Only damage is reflected by status and only if the one with the status survives, just like how block works.

Yea, agree on the theories.. I was 100% gonna buy Moe and actually didn't. Some things will remain...he have 2 mods for speed, 1 of 15% and second of 20%, BwB has one for 35% already..last 2 mods are only for Kugo. BwB normal skill is better than exclusive, at FBI you really need exclusive on him..
If he's gonna remain like that his only utility will be for his exclusive skill. You gotta spend 35k excl frags to make his skill effective and you need a VG with him, especially Kugo, so half of that bonus attack for assaulters is going nowhere because he's basically forcing a 2-2-1 formation.
I hope things will change, like his mods and the skill. Maybe have an official explanation of the skill

I don't know but I tend to see overbuffed ginjos who take only 5 points of damage from HVI/Muken... Not worth putting the vanguard like that lol unless you put a squishy vanguard like dunno, B.Kenny ? If he lives yay reflect damage, if he dies yay -100% DEF debuff... but that was just an example.

You could also go 2-3-0 with Ichimonji and a little Noble behind for a total of +70% DMG, +70% ATK and 100% combo to make the most off the assaulters, that's pretty busted yet useless since this is too overkill for ES and Ryoka.

of all Ichigo versions,you choosed to make fullbring Ichigo-the crap one....and you gave him new broken stuff,this game really need one huge update! TSI should be the strongest Ichi version in game atm if u follow story. But that's not my point.Instead making version of  Ichi when Rukia restored his power+fulbring,you make this shit one,well done....
