Does ichigo's 6th mod (shield and speed boost) get activated on Zampaktou hit? or does an enemy partner needs to hit him after zampaktou?

If the mod say "When receiving dmg" it activates on zanpakuto hit. If the mod say "when being atk" it only activate when a partner attacked.

Decision is made. My verdict is HVI is definitely more all rounded. And due to the fact that I would be waiting another year for such a good top up event, I'll go HVI. Now all that's left is Ginji or Shin Daig Tosh

Remember, HVI does not ignore invincibility and is not immune to mutilate, and chaos. Stern is immune to chaos and ignores invincibility. Yukio or Hiki is enough to nullify a stacked HVI.
Edit1: Kokuto is not immune to fury deduction.

This is why you require a whole team to work together. Muken can finish the invincibility, shield to protect from chaos, not to mention he will create his own shield.

Kokuto deduct the other team's fury so its all good, and HVI require no fury to fire his shots. If you team up with BWB, it's all good to go.
