Is Shunko Sui-Feng anygood?

By the end of this Cristmas event, I'll have near 29k cards. Don't know if I'll be able to get HVI, so Shunko is my next bet, but is she anygood and is she worth the points?

So I shouldn't get her? My line-up needs to change, At the moment it's Stark-Yama-Main-Ulq-Tenjiro and zan is Katen.

if you're gonna get 29k cards, hvi is literally at 10 dollars away. no need Soifon
