Because that's about the same rate at which Shinso Gin was sold at:
~45k gold initial price  --> get @ joint for spending 35k

no. what you get is pixels. THEY get the usd =)

Events are very rarely game wide. The system they use is generally server group wide.

So for example, 15 servers in one pool. It is highly unlikely that they do all servers at once.

As for the Zodiac event. It really isn't all that bad. If you are gonna go for the 35k character in Joint Task, you could end up getting Shinso Gin + Another high profile hero for the same price, not to mention a bunch of random goodies from the item part of Zodiac.

Really depends on what the character is though. I imagine in most circumstances that 35k worth of stones + Character is probably worth more then zodiac + character.

GoGames is giving you those 'pixels' they materialize out of a method call: new Gem (4, { strength: 1, wisdom: 1, agility: 1, stamina: 1})

GoGames is supported and kept alive through heavy cashers funding the servers...
