But it's so addicting eh

i only spent about 5 dollars

looking at other people's gear(top 10 on server) they're obviously all VIP

Is this game Pay-To-win? Sad answer is "Yes".
If you are not competative player and just want to enjoy Bleach game, this is good game to check out, even without money.
