Nice! However, Cast chaos on all enemies for 2 rounds is stretching it a bit ... I mean a lot.

I believe he will be level 159 when you first get him no matter your level and be able to use him. Pretty nice for low level players.

they force u to get ichimonji or him or both

anyway not bad but not that crazy imo that speed 40% buff is not bad at all though; all in all a mix of hach askin and tsuki 5/10 in term of originality
