[Poll] Remove Cool Down Period?

Is it a good idea to remove cool down period? or we must keep it?
This will affect player chances to hit the top 3 rewards. Would love to hear your opinion.

What you should do is no cooldown but limit to  1 account per participation, it's not very likely to win high prize two times in a row, but posting 4 accounts rise your chance to be picked

But only 1 of his account will get that reward so its basically same thing.
And i only know 1 person with multiple accounts (sivern) and i think demen cleared that in some thread when offline events was launched.

why limit to 1 acc? anyway i only have 1 acc only 4 dif servers and 4 of them are vips, 3 of them are vip 6 and 1 vip 5, and i think being VIp already have the the RIGHT to participate coz i pay for them lol

See, if I participate with 200+ characters and dominate the top 1~13, what would the losers feel about this ? It's best to have a top of 13 different persons than a top of only one person.

DeEmEn could (but that's his offline rules) change how the event work so you participate without giving any details like a free lottery, if you win, you will be then asked which character of your account you want the rewards on (IGN and server). This way everyone are equal, no more advantage of being picked at least once when participating with multiple characters.
There's a flaw though, if I have 200+ accounts of one character each I can still dominate the top, a limitation of 1 account per participation provided by rugalb666 is required but even with that there's no way to know if the 200 accounts are possessed by the same person or all differents.

Nothing is perfect, right amirite ?

Assuming too much nut-ella. 200+ accounts even the example is out of bounds. No sane person would have that many. Not even a die hard fan of bleach and not so fan of game.
The current way includes Ign and server so only that particular will get the reward as that person won with computer's lucky slot system. Who are we to restrict them to 1 account just because they own too many.

If that is not correct then no wonder more vips will pop up to ban f2ps too for not paying and getting the rewards on luck. Fair-ness is out of the question then. F2ps are doomed in the end may be i am saying because i am jumping on to a vip account to play with but in the end they will never catch up. So for this event the current rules are fair enough.

It's simple :
Step 1 : Make a macro
Step 2 : Press the button
Step 3 : Boom done, 200 accounts made
Why would I do that ? Because *puts on sunglasses* I am nut

I don't follow the offline events nor watch them so don't really know anything but last time I imagined is DeEmEn added all four sivern's characters in the list so RNG can pick more than one of his characters if lucky. Or he decided to add the account (in case of participation with multiple character) to the list instead of the character ?
I am out of touch lol

if i top up 1 acc can i get gold on 4 servers? NO right? i reg 4 servers coz i pay and make my 4 servers vip 6, so its only Fair that my 4 servers will enter the events. just imagine it its 4 dif people top up in 4 dif servers lol

I dont remember exactly what he added to (tha acc. or the list) { demen will answer if he sees the post.} but it was decided in the first thread of offline events that he would be allowed to enter. I dont know whats wrong with that. Playing 4 and handling them is already showing how much he loves the game or so i assume.
