Cyclone set and UBP

Could anyone please tell me the cheapest way to get Cyclone set? When i say cheapest I mean the least ammount of gold I need to get it.
Is it possible to get Yhwach and TSI in UBP?

On one of the days of the event reio guardian , you can get the set for free.
And yes, it is possible, it was said that the TSI would be at the UBP this month.
