I think it's a bug. But as it is a zanp that no one else cares about, they have not done anything to repair it.

Please fix also the login tax bug -  now it is not working properly, somehow I am able to login for free.

On topic: this is since 2015 and do not expect anything to be changed - the reality here.

It could be a bug or they are too lazy to fix it.  It used to be the same price as Zangetsu, until they removed the Squad Zero characters and their mod fragments from there.

Here's an idea put Koga Kuchiki in the april UBP and then they'll buy muramasa. Genius!
