anyone that can survive the burn to cast a bubble (hasch, the ubp partner atm, etc) these will clear the debuff.
your other options are to get the zan from csb, or the painbrush dude.
another thing is to clear the enemy buff, that defense buff is op, so clearing that with a partner helps a lot.

Shield will not clear DoT, but will take a certain amount of damage depends on growth rate.
Kyoka is an option.
Riruka is another option, her ultimate mod clears assaulter debuff.

I might add one little note to it: it will appear that the debuff is taken away and you won't see the damage numbers or your health decrease but it is still happening. Kinda like how Muken's damage doesn't always show to a full extent
Poor man solution is healing, good old tavern Uno death mod refilling your health, that's what I used to do before KS. You'll need a tanky enough damage dealer to make benifit of that, in my experience it worked with Muken
