Anniversary Feast

I am wondering how exactly does anniversary feast work? If i buy 2 stones and an equipment set, how do I get them. do I open all of the shells, or wait for it to reset then open all of the shells?

for stones wait visored revenge and only use coupons, for an equipment set use either CSB shop with challenge stone or other cheaper events.

1. Visored revenge is out currently that a reason im spending. 2. Im kinda lacking in stones rn, so 4 lvl 8 stones  
for 3200, and 1000 for two 80 sets in anniversary feast, im also planning on using the points for zangetsu to replace my kazeshini. I was just asking how to get the items i buy from anniversary
