TSI Or Ichibe

Hello all, I got myself into a dilemma and need your advices since I don't have experience with the game.
Currently at level 71, stacking Vit, have around 6k gold and I have Hyorinmaru as zan. I want to get a VG from Karakura Event and I can't decide on whether I should get TSI or Ichibe. They both have their pros, so the question stays still... I am happy to see your advices
