wait, you need to unlock image first. Just click on tobiume and you can use your free moves. Also i am not sure if you need to spend or how much it costs to unlock.

no need to spend money just click on zampakto and pazzle opens automatically

I am having the same problem. I topped up 4k and the puzzles didnt open this time for some reason
