Today karakura festival show up and i have enough candies to rent character but i cant i just click rent button and nothing happens but i can purchase item from gikongan shop

Hello i'm rancune on the server 2737 EU
Like the other person i have the same problem. And Tatsumaki on my server explain to me he got the same as well.
We have the candies.
But when we click on rent on the character in karakura town festival nothing happend.

EDIT : 30 minutes after my post i got dc and the problem was fixed, i think someone fix it for me and i'm thankfull.
