What should I do?

I'm currently level 83 with 910k power, my formation is kirinji, shin isshin, shinso gin, visored hirako, and main. I was planning to get a new vangaurd during karakura town festival. Im divided if I should get ichibe or tsi, im stacking kirinji right now but I also wanted to start stacking tsi if I got him. But i know that ichibe will give my team a lot of support and defense so im asking you guys what I should do, and for whichever tank I pick what zanpakto should i get with them? (muramasa, sogyo, zangetsu, senbonzakura, hyorinmaru?)

Do not stack Kirinji. Better save resources for a better character from Ultimate Battle Power (UBP).
Tensa Zangetsu or Zangetsu.
Better just get an assaulter instead, I suggest White Ichigo (or Yhwach p.s don't spend for yhwach lmao)
You could focus resources on a White Ichigo instead of Kirinji as well, I imagine that could prove useful.
Out of the Vanguards, I recommend Ichibei because he also gives a significant battle power boost which could be helpful in events like Tournament of Throne (ToT).
The defence from Ichibei's skill may not exactly ever come into use though, since he is a vanguard and all the damage the opponent may be able to do could be done within the first round.

Alright so I should i replace isshin with white ichigo? and if I can only get one, should I get white ichigo or ichebe for my team? Thanks for replying btw!

I meant for you to lose the Vanguard when you didn't need him, and replace Shin Isshin when you can't afford to lose the vanguard.
You could wait for a better vanguard from UBP.
Zangetsu would still be good, but not a necessity compared to the characters themselves.
Honestly, 10,000 gold for even White Ichigo seems high to me. I'd wait for better events like Christmas or Thanksgiving and get someone better from there.
You gotta get some other peoples' opinions here coz I don't want you to make the wrong choice just on my suggestion xD
