well you can actually get your money back if you used paypal wich i dunno at the begining, and yeh if Absan want his money back hes on his right, everyone that spend a lot of money on this game must do that because if you pay that kind of money at least you can have an good support not only bugs everywhere w/o any single word of suxgames staff, atm nobody knows if they still have support team or something about the game all we know is that 1 new serv open everyday and thats all

i see what you're trying to do but there must be some law protecting them from this or EVERYONE would do it.

In their defense (somewhat), I noticed a minor string text issue regarding the 3rd Espada.

Most people can check for themselves, Harribel is the 3rd Espada and yet the description (when hovering over her), describes Nel. I sent a message to Bleach Online Support, and they somewhat quickly responded to my suggestion, and so far no change of the text yet. Though there haven't been too many rebuilds of Bleach Online since that message was sent, so hopefully there'll be an update in one of the upcoming patches.

check text issues on slave interaction (refer to whole different game) speed stat on char info and many other translation issues.

i have been professional gamer for the past 14 years of my life, where do you think i pay for this stuff? from my work pay check.
i know my rights and i know how to use paypal and it doesnt matter the gogames policy, in paypal if you can prove you are not satisfied with the Item/service you can return it and they will get you your money.
im not sure what im explain this to dum person like you who doesnt even know what is he talking about it.
go do your research before you open this garbage mouth of yours. we already have shitty service we dont want people like you as shitty to call us dumb

Also, be careful guys, some options that charge you for a certain amount of coupons, and they will actually take away more than they said it will. So always count the coupons you used. I dunno if it's my illusion, they seems to charge me more in the assist pet training time acceleration. Correct me if I am wrong.

if you want your money back, you can just open a dispute in paypal, gogames will ban your account and you will return your money.. but yes when you close the dispute they will return it back to you xD

At least thats what happened to me on a different game, but my reason was because I got banned for security reasons and after dispute they returned it back to me.. I think you can get your money back without a lawyer! unless you want something more than your money xD

both my parents are lawyers and they are the one handling it with Paypal
i have already opened dispute with paypal but it only allows you 9 dispute. and i have more transaction.
now paypal waiting for gogames to respond within 20 days or they will have to give me my money back
