i am not a top player... but i ll help...
anyway i dun think their company is in the US...

their support company n some other dept r in SG to my knowledge...

hope this info helps...

the onli thing tht in US is their servers... if i am not mistaken...

well i dun mind if there ll be a case n u ve won it... n coz them to shut down the US servers for good...

will this is how it will go, they have 16 days to get in contact with me so we can find a resolution.
if they didnt answer me or paypal or bank then the bank/paypal will ask 3rd party money clam agency to get evolve and get  the money. if they dont respond then the company will have to shut down

i doubt it will shut down GOGAMES so easily...

unless they made the clause or TOS so easily to be broken by ppl who knows the law...

Paypal official policy = intangible goods = do not get involved.... but it depends if they realise it is intangable goods. They did for me and refused to help, but with that said they will not get involved on behalf of GoGames either.
That means if you go via your bank/visa then the chargeback will go through without issue and paypal wont attempt to block it.
