event characters can t do cultivation dojo and idk why?

Guys do you know why i can t do cultivation dojo on event partners? from 8/8/2020. and there is enter button says that date n can t do anything

It's supposed the support team should be working on that.Let's see. They said they gonna give some kind of compensation for the issue, but it´s more than one week and still doesn´t work.

they fixed it, they changed the end date to the year 2024. still no compensation for the 13 days it wasn't working though. all i need is the days we couldn't do it.
