no, but other ppl will have to unlock with you, as long as within your realm, enough players to unlock those, then you should be fine.

I still dont understand how this work? How i can get 888 gift pack reward if i didnt top up?

I spent 50 gold and  i cant collect tobiume

you need to "top-up" at least 1 gold to get "tobiume". the 200 gold xmas gift is not counting as top-up. and your realm needs to collect 15 zanpakuto to get middle one. it means that other people also need to top-up and get zanpakutos. you can see the count
