Game always disconnected

The title explains it all. The game always disconnected and asks me to refresh the page when I am in the middle of playing especially in battle. Sometimes the screen freezes and then the game is disconnected. At 1st I thought maybe it was because of my internet connection, but other pages and websites I open all work perfectly. It starts yesterday. I can't finish or even start my Daily Activities like Guild War and Protect Seireitei because of this.

Clear your Cache, Cookies and history... that should work, if not download a new Flash Player (sometimes Flash Player getting Crashed)  if dpesnt work then contact your Internet Service Provider ( ISP ) or set Your Firefox or Chrome Proxies into no Proxy or Automatic proxy Configuration URL... ( Mozilla Firefox ) Option>Advance>Network>>connection Setting> chose No Proxy or Automatic Configuration URL then click OK...

hello i have the exact same problem, i use google chrome but tryied other softwares and rebooting and all but nothing helped!!
