Its used to spirit forge the level 50 gear (upgrading it from purple to gold)
The Spirit forge option will be in your reinforce then under spirit forge tab it`ll tell you how many you need to upgrade it after you plce the equipment in it

Do you know how to go to lvl 50 instance? I'm lvl 51 and I cant find map in human world...

do I have to complete missions or map to do it?

Click on world map on the top right side of the screen and then click soul society
