Senbonzakura Fragments -- 30k Gold Straight Buy or Risk Lottery

So I noticed that you can get 0-3 fragments from the lottery wheelIt's 50g a reel, and you get a variety of prizes.

I just tried it, and have spent roughly 1k just testing it out:
Got some Hogu Talisman, Level 5 Str Stone, Fury Stones, and some random hogyoku spirit, gold reishi

I got 3 fragments out of roughly 1k


I'm tempted by Senbon, but don't know if I should straight up buy it for 30,000 Gold
Pro: 30,000 Gold for sure
Con: Only get Senbon

OR

Risk the Lottery
Pro: Might be less than 30k gold, and you get a bunch of other stuff
Con: Probably will cost north of 30,000 gold

What would you do, lol

Yeah, I don't trust what's written the event description: even though it clearly states that the fragments are to be traded for "Senbonzakura or other Prizes."

Edit:

I noticed that having spent ~1200 gold, I also gained 4 frags, which reduced the cost down to 28,800 for Straight Purchase
So I don't know if the frags are correlated with the amount of gold spent through the lottery, or it's just coincidence

Are you going to buy Senbon Curls?
Could you let me know if the "raise enough fragments" button gives you prizes like as though you would've made spins on the lottery?

I don't think you get fragments from topping up.. otherwise you can have it for free xD

I bought it direct, Topped up 30k gold then exchanged

Hahaha, thanks man.  I literally laughed out loud.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna' skip this event.  Senbon is gonna' come out again, and I don't even have:
Shin Shura Ken, Isshin, or CSB Byakuya yet

Hopefully it comes out during Joint Task.  Love that event when they have a bonus reward for spending on whatever you want
