actually it depends ^^ if u know your main cant finish of their team what do you do if u face a 1-3-1? get t1 gin... if u face 1-1-3? get aizen.. etc etc... all about planning and working around your enemies, whats the best case for YOU
might be worse for someone else =P
Check the current thread on Battle Reports to see a breakdown of why this isn't 100% true. In time the main will be the best to pass things to, but that's a long ways for most here.
