from base stats, tensa is 15% while muramsa is 12%

Thats why i don't have any friends -.- people say something which they arent even sure of .....let us assume that our shin gin is nerfed and the person that told you that tried to find it out actually did ..... but how did he find out that shin gin's talent it '30%' .... it doesnt show anywhere...... atleast try to be sure before saying ..... cause these misconceptions can lead to a fight....speaking from experience bro......

If Tensa gives speed buff after skill then probably yes .....but what Elisia said is true every single formation is countrable

tensa is 15% speed + with shinso is 25% speed
senbon is 12% speed

so why do I need tensa buff to be faster?
isnt 25% speed higher than 12%?
