Well seeing as now you all want my thoughts on SWP Kenpachi and Van Rangiku I suppose I can give my personal thoughts because why not I got time to kill
SWP Kenpachi (I'll include both) - Shin Shura Kenpachi is the definition of a Offensive Vanguard for a very high amount damage but as with Toshiro and Starrk, he requires lvl 9+ stones and need to get his skill off asap as I'm sure Fozzilies can disrupt your opponet strategy but the fact he only increase his own attack by 25% and crit rate by 35% may not be the best selling point for many players and also most may not like that you have to be VIP 1 just to recruit him and his cpns won't show in the shop until lvl 100. now as i said I'm including Nozarashi Kenpachi which I feel is the better of the 2 so this is the one I would recommand if your aiming for Kenpachi. what make Nozarashi amazing is the fact his skill does multiple things at one time such as Fossilizing your opponent van, Silence 2 random opponent (which can disrupt your opponent plays depending on who get silence) giving himself a attack buff of 35% and Crit of 55%, and he randomly give one of your partner full rage can really throw off who ever your fighting. the main problem that players will find with Nozarashi is in order to recruit him you need to be VIP 5 and again just like with Toshiro and Starrk need high lvl stones (lvl 9+) and need to get his Skill off ASAP and need a Zanpakuto that doesn't lower his damage rate (Hyorimaru or Senbonzakura recommended)
Pros: very Vanguard for his lvl and great upon upgrade
Cons: Same as Toshiro and Starrk and the VIP cost to recruit
Rangiku (Vanguard) - because she isn't out the current moment it hard to say how good she going to be when she arrives or if she will be nerfed. so going by her skill in the CN version of the game and going by the guide on here this is what I can give. She probally going to be the best Defensive Vanguard which the fact that she puts Aid rate on your Support line (which is great since Support normally have low HP) and due to the Hot dot being recovery over time it generally a good idea to have her Skill as soon as you can and if not she more then like makes up for it after words. I suppose the only Con I can give at this point is maybe we don't know if she'll be nerfed when she gets here in the US/EU server
Pros: can be builded either way with Aid on Support and Recovery over time on support is a plus
Cons: not knowing if she going to still be good when she gets realesed
hope this is good enough for you all and again i know most may not agree with me as these are my own thoughts on these partners
