idk what zampakuto is better beacause im lvl 60 and reaitsu lvl28. can someone help me?

Zabimaru is not unlocked yet and you need level 35 reaitu, but Zabimaru is better than Kazeshini.

It depends on pve or pvp. In pvp, Kazeshini is better because of the speed boosts it offers. Zabimaru is definitely better at pve though.
