I am getting Ken, but Toshiro is a good way to counter OP VG, and increase the speed of the whole team. Plus, due to the fact that SWP cant be modify yet, so I won be using him till he is at his upgraded form and will be able to mod. Plus, I think I need to spend more to get to Toshiro in Treasure map than Reio, right?

treasure map is cheaper to get toshiro compared to reio.
in Reio, 220g x 24 tokens = 5280g
in Treasure Map (250g x 17 rolls) = 4250g
calculations based on using all gold and not using any free chances. also not included any of the free items u get along the way, which i think treasure map will have more items.

I only need 18 more tokens lol, but ok. Treasure Map you get to get other stuff off it too, which is good. =] I dont mind to spend extra gold.

doesn't have str talent, so even if you add str stones and good str hogu it's attack and defense is still going to suck

it's debuff doesn't work in hollow soul ._.
