I tested it out, his block damage did decreased! Not just a little, but by A LOT!

well i started usin him since the day i got him... i would say

he is good in Ryoka even tho he is not modded... no hard lvling him first while

waitin to upgrade him ... u know wat i mean... thts y i stop lvling toshiro...

I just dont like leaving my VG in low level, I tried to focus on one and keep leveling him up.

Toshiro is only good if you want to invest 3 years in finishing off his mods
Or about 20k spread throughout like 8x's accelerate modify events

Starrk + VG Zan will serve you very well

I have toshiro, and tbh... he's nice, but you need an offensive healing van to proceed past Stark in Hallow Soul

yeah... quite true...

but i dun think ppl will use toshiro for hollow map... even i dun...

toshiro is onli good vs some pvp opponents...

but if his mod is finally done up... then maybe can test him on other stuffs
