if you beat the 1vs1 you don't even need fury on kisuke because of the biggest advantage bonus (all partner starts with 100% fury) for Kisuke all you need is crit/break def since he just there for fury boost if you have enough wisdom stones to make him able to do dmg it is better than my Kisuke.
His purpose in my start was to give higher heals to Retsu (since I don't have really good stats on her) and more soul skills from aizen and starrk letting me slow down dmg taken and doing more aoe dps.
I used the def reduction skill from main since it let me clear gin's vg faster and gave me more benefit than one galaxy explosion.

from ur stats thats many high stones lvl 9-10 balanced
on starrk i have lvl 8-10 stones
Retsu is in lvl 5-8 stones
Aizen is wearing lvl 7-10 stones
Main is wearing lvl 4-7 stones
Kisuke is wearing lvl 6-8 stones

csb aizen stun is what let her win
fight drags out for 28 rounds the stun helps but csb aizen stun rate is 30-50% so your going to take full rounds of dmg and was more so csb aizen aoe dmg contribution than stun rate. The 5 mobs hit my starrk for a total of 480k-510k (my team is slower than gin's) dmg than after first round gin hits assaulter lane so you heal up after they attack.
And running my setup i was using that gives your aizen 2 turns (3 if you combo why I ran retsu on bottom aizen in middle and ura on top) to at least stun 1 partner if you catch more its better if you don't catch any its bad but i wasn't dying to Gin. My issue when i ran gin / tavern aizen vs Gin was I didn't have enough Dps to kill.
So adding csb Aizen + ura was my solution to my dps problem (more aoe dmg since none of gin's mobs hit the back row) and the stuns if landed were nice but only mobs that cause issue if unstunned are vg and assaulter due to defensive buffs.
