used starrk in 1vs1 win rate is 50%ish depending on gin stun rate.

revive enchant at 720ish hps gives you about 22k health regen per turn + Retsu heals every turn for 150k-250k.

Then when starrk uses wpn skill he heals himself for 200-300k every other turn.
