I have only contacted them once for something that was really necessary and that was something that shouldn't happen anymore, the UBP rewards not being given out due to the merge IIRC.

I mean once the game runs fine, which it pretty much does apart from the pill sell bug and the so called "SWP mod" "bug" which isn't a bug since it's not implemented yet. Before everyone starts baiting what do we have to do with the Indonesian servers? >fuckingnothing.
Call me stupid but I still don't see the problem. Yeah you might miss 8% attack or whatever but the proper mods are still weeks if not months away for most. Not to mention the fact that when you upgrade the partners you still lose your mods and mod points, IIRC.

The only thing that can go wrong is the topup function. People use a slow or broken, ghetto ass, payment and have to wait a few days in order to get their money back. But hey that's nothing new from any other game when you use these 3rd world country payment options.

The only thing that bugs me, get it? bugs me? wakkakaka. Are the cheap and lazy translations. I'd happily volunteer to redo everything and make it easier to understand since half of these people here can't use their imagination to figure it out. Yes, some events could be explained more detailed but most of it is pretty crystal clear if you have an IQ above 5.

Well that's my little rant for now, commence operation baiting!

the prices/prizes - US players are getting the short end of the shit stick here, they go out of their way to nerf them for us instead of fixing stuff like SWP
EDIT: no the frags don't go anywhere after upgrading - I think your memory is warped from the time you read "my hollow souls disapeared after upgraded my swp partner"

The front appearance of the game gives a certain quality. Would you be able to take this game seriously, and would you consider dropping a few grand on it when the Devs can't even make one proper English sentence? Probably, I mean we've all done it in the past. But some people don't like that and get the feeling that the game is run by some guy in his basement. And if it's not for them, at least make it like that so that the players that don't understand it, like i mentioned in my previous post, do understand it. I find it pretty silly that people have to ask what x or y does in an event.

As far as the prices/prizes go there's an easy explanation. International game.
It's common to most, if not all games, that the international servers are more expensive. The bigger the crowd the more you can ask, lowering the prices is always an option if things go downhill. Sadly that won't happen for a long time as long we have people like Curls and others. With the money he spent the servers can run for years LOL.

And yes the hollow souls were the thing, but still, do the upgrades and points transfer? 100%? If so that's rather interesting.

yas its 100% transfer, the frags that is - we would never know for the other part because our mods don't even work

Bugs that are more than just translation issues

New players not getting proper 7 day rewards (Yes they are crappy but still not getting ichigo and the fat guy zanpak is more than just a translation issue.)

Heuco Mondo Attack Bug where you get a stuck on a way earlier stage and can't progress any farther unless you reset (which = total loss in coins for some days)

CSB .. few issues with that some players are given double points throughout csb or day 1. ( Second rank in CSB going from 5k points to 8.2k on second day not possible normally even with buying more attempts
Other bug or just laziness on dev part is when go through a server merge and put into a different csb realm they wipe your points and standings not allowing you to enter for a day and then you have to progress into an already active realm.(if they transfer you to a different csb realm your points should carry over or do server merges when CSB is not active)

All 3 of these bugs are more than just translation issues as they do have an impact on gameplay. .

The 7 day rewards have been changed manually and are now like that. Everyone was able to do them again and the rewards worked properly. Just because they are too lazy to design a new image for it doesn't mean it's bugged.

As far as the HMA bug I have never heard of it nor had it myself, same goes for the CSB bug but one guy actually got it this season. Then again if the person didn't know how it happened, at least mine didn't, he can only report it, which most people don't FYI, and they have to reproduce it, which can be pretty hard with limited or no detailed information at all.
As far as the merge that's just something that happens along the way. If they are somewhat smart it won't happen again, if not shame on them.
