The 7 day rewards haven't been changed it is just a bug in the system and they will get the rest of the stuff eventually. Took a month of sign ins on my alt account but the 7 day rewards showed back up and was able to claim the zanpak and Ichigo but by 30 days how usefull are those rewards. . .

The HMA bug happens quite often and has happened to many people. You just happen to be one of the lucky ones to not get it but I know of at least 10 people on my server that have come across it not to mention all the posts on bug reports of other people having the same issue. Gogames should fix this and try to compensate for the people that have lost out on rewards. Getting 0 coins is dissappointing or losing out on 160+ coins to players isn't good service and the company doesn't acknowledge any issues so the service feels horrible to a lot.

CSB bug with points I think has to due with the ranking placement. Think game will put person in S rank but on coding side it has their rank / actual point value lower and than after day 2 points / ranking are fixed due to update on scores,

Merge Issue isn't really just shame on them though they put price tag on shinigami tokens and hollow souls so if you were mid way through your csb season that got stripped of your rank and put down to a D rank forced to miss a day of csb and rewards and than have to work your way back up from 0 versus people who got to keep their points you get far less rewards then what you should of got for that season. When they switch your csb realm it wipes all points so if someone paid gold for extra challenges (total waste of gold but using for point basis) it wipes those points also. . so there should be some compensation for people that have had that happen to them. Due to the time alone it takes to get back to your rank (if it takes 7 days then to go from D to A = 150+ hogyuku souls (average value of 2 souls = 10 coupons but a difference of 20 a day )50ish counting first two days) considering upscaling of cost is give or take 100-300 coupons for the daily loss and to make back first day you would have to spend 400+ coupons depending on procs and if you dropped from a higher value than A = even more SSS to D = loss of 108 souls in two days and 48 souls per day)

That is just the Soul loss side of the merge issues with CSB not to mention shinigami tokens. These are charged goods and if they move people around and mess up point values and such then there should be compensation because people are missing on rewards. Its a digital product so giving out compensation doesn't even really effect their bottom line it anything it keeps their player base and would give more potential to keep paying players then losing them.

Game is good although limited once you pass Aizen but good enough to keep people around long enough to grind to that point but GoGames as a company the service is horrible and you can't really deny that. . if you do your being closeminded and not looking at the whole picture for many of the typical players on the game. These minor inconviences on a new server can change ranking placement, player activety, and the whole reception of the game making many players quit or be displeased and people can always retort if you don't like the service find a new game.

Reason people complain is they like the game and don't want to find a new game.. Just want Gogames to make it feel that they care about the customers (players if f2p) and some people try to point out issues and want answers why this or that or reasonings behind nerf etc. An examplation or even comment from someone from Gogames would hold far more weight than any of us saying something and would show effort from the company itself rather than just leaving us in the dark. Even if we disagreed with the reasoning at least they put the effort to inform us (take a whole hour maybe and I'm really stretching it to make a comment about some of the questions / issues that have been asked to them)

Yes everyone isn't going to be happy with everything, but for the prices they charge and for what people do pay there should be more support. I think that is a fair assumption or we all can go drink from the water the Crazy Jester is offering us (FF3/6 reference) and be content.

level brackets for events (ryoka is biggest one, split players up into groups, say 40-59, 60-79 and so forth, have the prizes slightly increase between brackets.....will help the new players and also help the high levels maintain their dominance)
make alliance blood battle worth it, hate getting teamed against the top players on my server and lose 1 shot for 1 bright stone
janken % win rate to increase. atm 2-3 wins out of 10 (and not getting past the 2nd janken in any) is a massive money sink. that or drop the prices needed to recruit
more events that dont require you to sink so much god damn money into them
but most importantly

make the prices more realistic and improve the customer service

This game is good but the support sux, is the worst support ever IMO and to much $$$$$ dependant, is ok to up the gold prices because this is the international version but its really bad they increase the events/zamp/char prices too and nerf the rewards, i had the HM bug 3 days streak 8th, 4th and 1st stage but nowadays i only play sometimes and only 1-2hours when i play so i dont care much about that but must be fixed because some ppl really spent a lot of money here and deserve a lot more than this lame service.

So IMO if they only focus on copy/translate/paste from CN servs can be a lot better than make events more expensive and nerf rewards making events worthless most of times.

Sorry if i type this but IMO this thread dont gonna change something, the dvlp team here isnt good at all, they arent capable of doing mid-big improvements so till CN>Indo servs do something, nothing gonna be done here btw seems like gonna be an large mainteinance in CN servs in 5 days, hopefuly they can add SWP mods

I want gogames staffs be more interactive for players, just like other games, which are:
1. able to receive and read players feedbacks, bug / problems reports

2. reply it  (at least reply within 3x24 hrs or 1x24 if possible),
You can set auto-reply to gogames e-mail first, and after staffs started working, they can reply to them manually.
Reading those might take a while, but replying each post/e-mails only takes you few seconds/minutes.

or if you have trouble with those unlimited e-mails, you can implement new features like feedback voucher or something and sort it by groups:
1. bugs: in-game bugs, payment bugs, login problems, etc
2. feedback (your ideas to the game to make it better)
3. cheat report (with SS / video proofs attached)
4. question (to let players ask some question regarding the game)

3. fix the bugs immediately.

4. inform the players that the problem are being fixed, either by individual e-mail/post reply or announcement


when bugs are getting fixed, i bet the game will stay longer.
players will stay longer because they are satisfied with the service, and when they stay longer, their total of top up amount will be more.


what's the point of spending that much money without any support?
even private servers who relies only on some donation have better service than this.

but the thing is, the price here is high, so we supposed to have better quality of game worth our money

just imagine of some hotels.if we don't have any service at run-down inns or any cheap hotels, most of us will think "oh well, it's acceptable because i only paid for this price" (but still, some of us will still complain)


but if you don't get any service from 5-stars hotel, you will . Most of the unsatisfied customers will leave silently, only FEW of them are bothered to complain to you.

You wouldn't wanna have 1 potential customer leave your hotel, thinking "The service there is worst. I'm not going there ever again" and then telling their families/relatives/friends never to visit your place.

You would wanna have them leave your hotel with good mood and then will re-visit your hotel at other occassions. They might happily to introduce your hotel to other people too.

i agree with nieverland's point, if they have time to nerf rewards/zan/partners out of stinginess and greediness, it's better to fix any in-game problems.
just like real-time business facts: you satisfy your customers, your customers will satisfy you.

Well I think for one thing that it is total bullshit that they can go and make new servers multiple times a week but yet can't go and fix the week rewards thing for the first week on a server, that has been broken probably coming up to about two months or so now. the game play is great. But the fact that they can make new servers and shit multiple times a week but can't fix something so small really is bull.

my problems haven been solve since 5 months ago... until i myself hav forgotten about it...

thus the reason i will not wanna spend anymore onto this game... bcoz of the support of the company...

well rite now i am still playin the game... dun care much wat they goin to do...

am just here to chat n troll around in the forum... until the day i feel like quitin ... which will be soon
