I want gogames staffs be more interactive for players, just like other games, which are:
1. able to receive and read players feedbacks, bug / problems reports
2. reply it (at least reply within 3x24 hrs or 1x24 if possible),
You can set auto-reply to gogames e-mail first, and after staffs started working, they can reply to them manually.
Reading those might take a while, but replying each post/e-mails only takes you few seconds/minutes.
or if you have trouble with those unlimited e-mails, you can implement new features like feedback voucher or something and sort it by groups:
1. bugs: in-game bugs, payment bugs, login problems, etc
2. feedback (your ideas to the game to make it better)
3. cheat report (with SS / video proofs attached)
4. question (to let players ask some question regarding the game)
3. fix the bugs immediately.
4. inform the players that the problem are being fixed, either by individual e-mail/post reply or announcement
when bugs are getting fixed, i bet the game will stay longer.
players will stay longer because they are satisfied with the service, and when they stay longer, their total of top up amount will be more.
what's the point of spending that much money without any support?
even private servers who relies only on some donation have better service than this.
but the thing is, the price here is high, so we supposed to have better quality of game worth our money

just imagine of some hotels.if we don't have any service at run-down inns or any cheap hotels, most of us will think "oh well, it's acceptable because i only paid for this price" (but still, some of us will still complain )
but if you don't get any service from 5-stars hotel, you will   . Most of the unsatisfied customers will leave silently, only FEW of them are bothered to complain to you.
You wouldn't wanna have 1 potential customer leave your hotel, thinking "The service there is worst. I'm not going there ever again" and then telling their families/relatives/friends never to visit your place.
You would wanna have them leave your hotel with good mood and then will re-visit your hotel at other occassions. They might happily to introduce your hotel to other people too.

i agree with nieverland's point, if they have time to nerf rewards/zan/partners out of stinginess and greediness, it's better to fix any in-game problems.
just like real-time business facts: you satisfy your customers, your customers will satisfy you.
