please remove the Dodge increase aura of the enemy or just lower its dodge rate...its anoying..i cant even hit it

It's very annoying, but wouldn't it be more useful to get know where you can gain/get same ability?

Hey,
Try using your 1st skill (Hit increasing Aura) in the Soul Map interface to kill those crazy Dodgers.
Hope you get out of your Deadlock ;)

Yeah, 1st skill will help.
I have also noticed, if ur close to enemy's level or above,
you have a much higher chance to hit, even without hit gems/1st skill.
