будь более активным, ты будешь повышать рейтинг пользователя, тогда ты сможешь проголосовать.

As tsi is announced for next ubp , it seems they plan to follow the rankings of  ubp poll, first was Hiki, second tsi, after that should be YH and then Elegant  Uno
