CBS Byakuya's skill gives himself combo rate while Isshin's gives your whole assaulters lane combo rate. That's the reason it can trigger the combo on the same turn he does the skill ( If he's the first of your assaulters that goes off )

so its basically a chance. it could be either just 1 hit or some weird combos of hits if the combo gets activated. nice

ill get isshin but i dont know what my pve formion will be im now 2-2-1
ill go 2-3-0 and it will be at the back shin gin +treven urahara +isshin +sexy youru +main with that ill have t1 all the time
or shin gin +shini urahra +isshin +CBS kenpachi +main and this way ill have t1 from the combo but i need to get extra evry time if i did't that mean ill lose my t1 but at the same time i have CBS 350% and shini urahara 170% what do you think is batter ?

if so then that means no need to have the second assaulter faster, cos isshin if goes first will anyways make the next person attack in isshin's skill attack round itself. interesting

Yes but make sure to make your 2nd as fast enough to counter a Gin ;) (thats if you run my 1-3-1 format)

that combo+skill yagi uses is exactly what i had in mind, beautiful , so it works out quite well.. and wat friggin combo is that. nice stuff there
