Sounds very interesting, everything about ishhin but I don't know much about combo rates and combo.  I see many people in my server use 8th skill in ryoka, some even without sogyo nor dark rukia yet they still use 8th skill.  

I use 9th skill, my team is main (kido), ikkaku, SWP grimmjow, tavern kisuke, and rukia.  Am I ok, or should I switch to 8th skill? I don't have sogyo nor dark rukia.

An earlier thread in another forum mentioned I should use 9th, but still, many people in my server use 8th.

I don't think 8th skill stacks 100%

Sometimes with 8th my partners go 3x
Sometimes it's just 2x

Also, during Ryoka todayZabimaru Zanpaktou

-- DMG with 8th @ level 19 #=> 43~46m

-- DMG with 9th @ level 18 #=> 48~52m

So... I don't know.
Will have to test it out more tmr

What for those that have the DRukia/Cute Orihime + Sogyo combo? The 8th from your main only overwrites isshin's buff to your main from 35% to 100% so is not a bad idea at all. The only drawback is that isshin's buff is for 2 rounds while your main's is for 1 round.

So you're implying that if my Main where to attack after Isshin, it would overwrite his combo chance therefore giving a 100%, but only for one round, whereas Isshins is lower but lasts for two?

I'll have to test it out later tonight. Because that would make it kinda pointless. Although having Sogyo as my Zan means the 9th skill is pointless too

I wonder if anyone knows whether Sogyo's skill and SWP Grimmjows clash? If so I probably shouldn't have been saving for him

It appears that isshin's buff while it says 35% it triggers all the time without failure. I've watched a lot of battle reports and never seen a single partner that didnt combo after his buff.
So the best way to maximize your damage output if you have Sogyo would be to use skill 2 on your main.
