It is because you battle against stage boss. Normal one consume 1 vit per battke and boss cost 2. It is not a bug.

hi. now my game is so slow and i cant do anything . and when i make auto battle he cost me double stamina like when i make 100 time auto battel he took 200 . pls fix it

Yes all stage bosses take 2 vit instead of one because of the better rewards that you can get.
