hit rate upgrade

ive been trying to upgrade my hit rate because stage 3 opponent 2, of the soul place, has to high of a dodge rate to hit for me. ive tried stones, ive tried refining my gear, but is there any other way, because i can only get about 4 hits on my opponent

you can try using your first skill in soul map, it gives you 100% hitrate for 3 rounds.

first skill would be your best bet. It will give you 100% hit rate or you can just keep getting HR stones till you can hit them repeatedly.
