senbon give attack and speed and deffence for asulter and vangard he dont give any thing for suport

I got him already. Got Toshiro too. Should I get Dark Rukai? or I should wait to get Shinigami shinji and maybe another good partner?
Anyone have any idea what will be after Shinji?

i would recommend: sexy yuroichi, shini yuroichi, dark rukia, dont see anyone else being half decent compared to those 3. toshiro is fine till a certain extent but easily replacable at 100 for starrk.
