if u have senbon use noza ken, dont take drukia trust me she very2 #@(*#&@(# better cute inoue, if u have plan shin gin at future event take it and the cost must be below 20k

well you will keep toshiro in coin after lvl 80

ikkaku will be faster and will deduct his fury

and toshiro growth rates sucks so he is useless after 90

Looool toshiro is million Times' faster then ikakku. His talent increases agi by 30_% + 2,8 growth, thats faster then tavern aizen IF u use agi stones + hyorin/senbon
