BEST ENCHANT PVE

What is the best enchant stone for pve purposes, specifically Evil spirits and ryoka?  Now I know there are threads about this, I've read a few, and they usually say go for angry slash which increase damage by around 8% when hp is around 20 or 25%.  Others say go for soul blade which increase ur damage by 2 or 4%.  Others say go for pierce enchant which bypasses defenses by a certain amount.  

What about revive?  I know this does no damage boost nor anything but if I think about it, I'll recover hp everytime I hit, so that I could be without a vanguard a while more because I'll be recovering hp, useful for those high level ryokas.  A guy in my server uses unohana for pve because he says she helps him to recover hp so he doesnt use a vanguard for ryoka.

What do you guys think, go for angry slash, pierce, soulblade?  I currently use angryslash though I really don't think I need it as I can kill half hp ryokas no sweat, so I really dont need the extra damage on low hp ryokas.  Should I switch for pierce or soulblade instead?

Personally i use soulblade since it isn't limited to the last 20% of es hp or ryoka hp. Soul blade is better for the early and middle damage when angry slash is just end damage. Both of them are more situational then anything else.
There are 2 types of player's in the game for pve there's the brawlers who do the damage all through out the pve then you have the snipers who mainly focus on take down the pve targets only.
Sadly pierce doesn't do anything to pve targets because gogames made the pve event targets immune to anything that reduce their stats, or debuffs them. The only debuff that actually works on them is burns. Barragaan burn, swp ulquirra, tobiume.(could be missing one and i'm not thinking about event partners.)

As for revive in pve its only useful when you get into high level ryoka and you need to swap back on your van if your van doesn't self heal or your using a healer in your formation for some unknown reason.

no need of any vanguards in events except guild wars and protect sertie go with three assaulters and two support who can do more damage

Kisuke Harribel and 3 assaulters or kisuke and rukia and 3 assaulters is a very good combination in events, besides GW & PS

reduce break defense debuffs do work on ryoka / es (from partners like csb ken, smart nanao, toshiro, etc. .)

You would be surprised by the amount of times I've actually own thanks to the Revive perk. My Vanguard had 1000 HP left one time and after the turn was over he healed 346 HP he got attack and was left with 310 HP giving my support enough time to cast her heal ability.

it does but their overall stats are very low, barely makes any difference, dmg rate(soul blade) + angry slash are probably the best for events where soul blade is also good in pvp

on a diferent sidenote, i just got my second relampago set.  the 1st went for ikkaku.  who should get the second? my pve team is rukia, kisuke, ikkaku, main(kido) and kenpachi.

Should i give it to kenpachi? I only use him for pve since i use an2-2-1 formation generally. only in ES and ryoka i use 3-2. should i give my best gear to kenpachi only for ES and ryoka? Or should i give my lvl 80 relampago gear to main(Kido)
