its the third day log-in in EU 143 which is new one as u know and i received the zanpaktou gift but still there's nothing in the bag anywhere and after this the game reloaded and the gift progress was reset!!!!! its like im playing for the 1st day now plz fix this
the ichigo and zanpakuto have been bugged for the better part of a year. no one has gotten them. this reset may mean they finally fixed it. so don't look at this as a bad thing. enjoy the bonus items you already have.
