Glitch or?

Hello,
So, i've got to the point of soul mod problem.
This is what i have,
I want to get Gin's Mod, and i cannot, although i got level 60 Goku soul mod as its needed.
I can only go Kempachi, but i do want Gin, is there a visual req bug or is it something wrong with my pc?

nope you just can´t read you need goku lvl 60 and batman lvl 80 to get gin
