oh hello, just hit 70 and was cheking the Blue stone for Enchant, and i saw Soul blade... any idea
of what it does?

I could be mistaken, but I believe it's an unconditional (always active, like Piercing) passive 2%(?) damage or attack boost, and it should stack with whatever since it's not an active buff; I forget which. You get the idea.
