Can't open Zanpakuto window

hi, im a new player. i m just following the pointers on the screen and it tells me to click on the newly unlocked "Zanpakuto" icon on the bar @ the lower part of the screen. it loads up saying "Loading game resources" or something but it gets stuck @ 100%, i let it run for a while put its just stuck there. i tried multiple times, tried clearing the cache and tried chrome and firefox, still stuck. help please

Still having the same problem. Restarted browser and game over and over but every time I click on the "Zanpakuto" icon on the bar at the lovwer part of the screen, I just keep getting stuck on "Loading game resources 100%" then the all activity stops and hangs. Please help! I don't know what to do.

5 days, no response.... guess ill just have to put-off playing this game till it becomes more stable and less glitchy. that way i won't have to bother the support people, they obviously have better things to do than acknowledge posts it their " Bug Report & Tech Support " forums. i'll just go spend my money on some other game in the meantime. should be fun!

Try clearing your internet cache and see if that work.

Ahh, I thought I am the only one experiencing this problem. Mine's worst, after I click the zanpakuto icon, the game itself will crash.
