I don't understand how you ignore your customers. You don't even try to solve the problem or ask how to solve it. All you do is just ignore. I want my money back its simple. I don't want the account or your game.

I did that, and out of 1300$ they only re-funded 50$........

you should tell them that you dont recognize the charges, you never authorized them, you never received anything in the mail from these people, it appears that they sell virtual currency for online games..

all of which paypal doesn't support.

You know when you payed, they didnt guarantee you a bugs free game, all they guaranteed is that you get your gold and I assume you did correct? So if you payed for what you deserved, then what makes you think you can file a charge back after YOU got what YOU payed for? Did they force you to pay to this game that is full of bugs? Did they put a gun to YOUR head and told you to enter in your creditcard information? Did YOU pay for a bug free game? Or pay to make them fix the bugs? No. You did not pay for any of those besides the gold, so thats what you got. Stop living in your own world buddy, that is what people call business. Sorry to break it to you this way. But it had to be said.
