when to switch gin with harribel?

Hi i'm reaching lvl 100

I've got well over 2000 gold reichi and i'm planning on getting gin for my harribel.
But some say i need to wait until 4the mod before he's better?

what do you guys think?

If you need more speed, damage and defense I suggest you replace her. If not you can keep Harri forever if you really want too. Same goes for Yoruichi and Aizen. Hollow Soul will be a bit harder since you miss some speed and damage, but it's totally doable.

Don't wait for the 4th  mod on gin (if u do so u ll have to waste a good amount of epic scrolls to get him there)
of course there will be reduction in speed , which will affect u a bit in pvp but in pvm gin is better no matter how u look at it
his mod r slow you will get only  9 a day and u need 105 or above for his 4th  mod so it will take a bit of time to perfect him in pvp
if u r good player and if u know ur game u can mange with the speed drop for a while .
I would swap gin as soon as possible if it was me

On topic: The fsater you get gin, the faster you can start modding him + he has a higher chance to stun and nrmly his speed is higher. Imo you shouldn't wait (even if you have him you can still switch back to her, for the time being)

dont wait to replace her go with gin you lose speed but you can make it up with evolution on gin, im lvl 112 got gin pretty late but i got lvl 8 evo on him and stil got 118k speed using kazeshini as zanpakuto and only got 3rd mod with lvl 7 agi stones

btw how much fragments do we get from his Dojo daily ? and what are the lvls of his mods ?

7 fragments daily mods are at 90 95 100 105 and last 1 is at 110 i i think cuase i only got 3 mods so far
