How does block and counter work here ? Is block must to have for counter to work ? #Confused

Block lowers dmg on you as well as reflects some back on enemy.

Counter lowers the chance of you being crit hit and lowers crit dmg on you.

No you don't need high counter for block to work...2 different abilities.

When your character blocks dmg, it will (though NOT 100% SURE numbers) block half the dmg, and reflect it back onto the attacker. The higher your block the more it happens.
