Maybe a "Final release" type thing. Akin to the ability of Final Getsuga Tensho, in where the user would use it once each battle and not have it attack on the fourth turn, and then not be able to use it again that battle. It would be cool to see someone like Renji completely combined with Soo Zabimaru.

goodluck mate good idea btw and it's making nostalgious when i see yong players trying to improve this game, but unfortunatly this game is depending on chineese servers, if you want to hav what u said you goota instor it in china before seing it here

Hello i want to suggest accessory inherit which is not out. Also it's good idea to make different skill on each partners
EX: for ichigo he uses getsuchgo right? then different skill would be Tensa getsuchgo or Tiger fang slash or Spiritual burst? I hope u have an idea what i was talking about
Now we need more features that help get stronger quicker. EX unlimited ninja has more features than bleach online that help us get stronger. Like reincarnation. Potency level. Chakra practice. forbidden jutsu lab, samara land, occult techique, enchant that boost gears stats (not attack with effect),  ninja club has more ninjas than bleach online recruitment do.

Assaulters Stats: Speed 13%   Damage Rate: 21%
Support Stats: Speed 21%      Damage Rate: 13%


Bankai: Tensa Zangetsu fused state (like when its fused with ichigo) long chain
Reiatsu Bonus: 130%

Vanguard Stats: Damage Taken - 26%        HP: 65%
                          Avoid Rate: 25%               
Assaulters Stats: Speed 15%   Damage Rate: 23%
